REFUND POLICY

Goods sold are not refundable unless deemed to be "Incorrectly Shipped"  by effect of policy or staff approval on case by case basis.

  • "Incorrectly Shipped" 

    In order to prevent any health risk arising from product tampering, products are considered to be sold on a "No Return Basis".

INCORRECTLY SHIPPED

  • All exchanges have to reach us within 10 working days (20 working days for International Customers) from the day the parcel was delivered.
  • We apologize for mailing you an incorrect item. Please take a snapshot of the item received and forward the snapshot to us at thehappyavenue@gmail.com . We will also reimburse for additional postage/shipping fees incurred.
  • An exchange will be done if the item(s) sent to you is incorrect*. Happy Avenue will reimburse normal postage for wrong item(s) sent to customer. 

*Exchanges will only be done for an item(s) in its original condition (tag intact, unused, and unaltered).

 Exchanges for articles which do not meet all mentioned conditions will be duly declined.
